Simply add one teaspoon of baking soda to the cooking water to increase the alkalinity - it will make the eggshell easier to peel.

• Optional: Vitamin E oil
• Optional: 2-3 capsules of high-quality probiotics
• Optional: Essential oils of choice – I love using lavender essential oil
