Frugal Craft: Make a Baby Tutu
Doesn't every baby princess need a tutu!?
Simply use a store-bought, crochet headband and tie the tulle into the holes of the head band.
Cut tulle about 12 inches for a newborn, 14 inches for 6-12 months.
Now all I need is a baby to make this for!
