Let's Craft: Homemade Sidewalk Chalk
My neighbours complained, but I let my boys draw with chalk all over our driveway and sidewalk - after all, it just washes away with the next rainfall!
This sidewalk chalk craft is made using toilet paper rolls, making nice chunky pieces of chalk - for little hands!
How to Clean Your Top-Loader Washing Machine
Do you ever clean your washing machine? Does that sound silly?
If so, you can't imagine how much dirt and gunk builds up in your washer over time.
I bet that your washer will do a better job if it is clean!
Turn a VHS Case into a Picture Frame with a Hidden Storage Compartment
What a simple but wonderful idea!
I was thinking it might make a nice keepsake box - putting something inside related to the picture.
Apple Snack Box
This looks like fun - imagine the looks you would get when you pull out this Apple snack container!
Cut the bottoms off of two soda pop bottles.
Glue a zipper inside. Makes an instant kids' snack container.
Would be cute to add a stem or cute worm and make it really look like an apple!
Discovery Bottles
I love the one that has pipe cleaners inside and you can use a magnet to move them around.
These Discover Bottles might keep children busy for quite a while!
All you need it empty clear plastic bottles with lids, a glue gun and whatever you can find to fill them with!
How to Make an Easy, No-Sew Tutu
I would definitely make this if I had any little girls to make it for. No sewing is required - really!
All you need is elastic and tulle/netting in your colour choice(s).
Snake Bubbles
How fun would it be to make snake bubbles!?
This craft is so easy and I bet you already have all the supplies in your house.
Have a contest to see who will make the longest snake!
