THE FINE PRINT: Purchase any one (1) FINISH QUANTUM Product and receive up to $8.49 refund by mail. Limit one (1) per household. To receive your refund by mail, complete the Official Refund Form. Purchases must be made between April 14, 2012 and May 4, 2012. All requests for refunds must be received on or before June 4, 2012. Please allow 4-6 weeks for delivery.
