Extreme Couponing in Canada - $46.58 in Savings

Today we shopped at Walmart and Loblaws Superstore in Southern Ontario. All of the food we bought, shown in the picture - total value of $64.21 - only cost us $17.63!
How can you do this too??
Coupons were mostly online printables, in-store coupons, Save.ca and Websavers.ca.

Egg Creations - 3 @ $2.99 ($8.97) - Sale $2.29 - coupon 3 @ $1.00 = $1.29 ($3.87)
Post Shreddies - $3.97 - FPC = free
Beneful dog food - 2 @$2.98 ($5.96) - Sale 2/$3.00 - BOGO coupon = $1.50
Crest toothpaste - $2.69 - Sale $1.47 - coupon $1.00 = $0.47
Colgate toothpaste - $2.36 - coupon $1.50 = $0.86
Grip Clean Fastener Cleaner - $3.98 - Sale $1.98
Total Value = $64.21
COUPON SAVINGS - $22.32
