Extreme Couponing in Canada - $23.44 in SavingsToday we shopped at Petsmart and Loblaws Superstore in Southern Ontario. All of the food we bought, shown in the picture - total value of $77.54 - only cost us $23.44!

How can you do this too??
Coupons were mostly online printables, in-store coupons, Save.ca and Websavers.ca.

Here is what we bought, and what coupons we used:

Simply Nourish dog food @ $14.95, sale - $12.95 - $5.00 off coupon = $7.95
Halo dog food - 4 @ $2.49 ($9.96) - Free Product Coupon (FPC) = free
Meow Mix cat food - 3 @ $0.89 ($2.67) - FPC = free
Skinny Cow - 2 @ $1.79 ($3.58) - Free Product coupon (FPC) = free
Egg Creations - 2 @ $2.99 ($5.98) - Sale - $2.49 - $1.00 off coupon = $1.49 ($2.98)
Kozy Shack pudding - $4.49 - FPC = free
Magnum Bars - 2 @ $6.49 ($12.98) - Sale $4.49 Buy One Get One Free (BOGO) = $4.49
Mars Chocolate Bars - 2 @ $0.98 ($1.96) - BOGO = $0.98
Quaker Fibre & Omega 3 bars - $2.99 - FPC = free
Black Diamond cheese - 2 @ $8.99 ($17.98) - Sale @ $4.27 - $0.75 off coupons = $7.04

Total Value = $77.54

COUPON SAVINGS - $37.66

OUT-OF-POCKET COST - $23.44!!

QUICK FREEBIE TIP:
Be cautious about where you give out your personal information. Don't provide any more information than you are comfortable with. Personally, I never give out my exact date of birth (you can change the month or date) or telephone number. (555 is a handy area code) Some go as far as getting a P.O. Box for their freebies.
