Since there are only a certain number of free samples per offer, you'll want to sign up as soon as you can. Free samples are almost always offered on a first come first served basis.

Looks like they are sending out Prilosec and Head & Shoulders sample....cheer coupon. That is it!
I live in the US and I was offered Prilosec and Head and Shoulders shampoo.
I am in the U.S. There was no survey for me. Only one offering: Prilosec OTC. You had to see if you qualify for that sample. I didnt qualify so nada for me.
