Let's take a closer look at the Swagbucks Account Ledger. A fair amount of users write in to Customer Support, asking why they have not received credit. The majority of these cases result in the credit already applied to their account.

For those who are not familiar with the ledger: The Ledger was designed to help you better track and account for your Swag Bucks.

To see all activity on your account, follow the steps below:

• Log into your account
• Click on “My Swag Bucks“
• Go to “Ledger”
• Select a category from the drop down menu

The categories are presented in a way that is easy for you to locate your credits.
