Winning Ways on Swagbucks 1/9/11

A Swagger asked me how to put the Swidget on her Facebook page. There used to be a better way, but when Facebook made it's latest changes, that way stopped working as well.
Of course, you can always bookmark Frugal-Freebies.com and scroll down to the bottom of the page and use our Swidget. But if you want your own - here is what to do:
First - make sure to log into Swagbucks.com and then grab the Swidget here.
1. Click on the Get Widget button.
2. When the box opens, click on the Facebook button.
3. When it changes, click on the Add Widget button.
4. You may have to log into your Facebook account, if you aren't already.
5. Click on the Share button.
6. Go to your FB profile page and you will see a link to your widget on your profile:

7. If you put your cursor on the Swidget 1.0 part, hold down your left-hand button and drag it up to your Favourites or Bookmarks - it will create a bookmark for you that you can check every day.
Alternatively, you can click on the link, and it will take you to the page with the Swidget and you can Bookmark or Favourite that page. Whichever is easier for you.
Don't have a Facebook page? You can simply Bookmark or Favourite Frugal-Freebies.com and scroll to the bottom of the page to use our Swidget - no charge.

NOTE - To protect my computer, I will not download or install anything from the Special Offers page. I only look for the ones that I can do for free, and don't require an install. Here is what I have gotten so far with my Swagbucks - I have been swagging since April/10 and gotten two iPod Touchs (for my husband and myself - $255 each), a Canon camcorder ($180), a dog seat harness ($40) and dog carrier ($52) for my dogs, an XBox 250g hard drive ($159) for my son, Koolatron electric cooler ($102) - it covered all the taxes and the shipping cost too.I still have $45 in Amazon.com gifts cards & $25 in Amazon.ca gift cards and I am waiting on $20 more in gift cards to come in.
I still have 2,936 SBs to spend!
QUICK FREEBIE TIP:
Remember, Frugal-Freebies.com doesn't give out the freebies, I only post the freebies I find on the net. So to increase your chances of the freebies arriving in your mail, you could stick to the offers from the larger companies (i.e.: Wal-Mart, P&G, Kroegers, Sam's Club, etc.). However, lots of readers post on the Frugal Freebies forum saying they can't believe the amount of free stuff they've received in the mail, even though not every freebie will turn up from the other sites posted.
