Everyday it is someone's birthday, so I thought I would share some birthday freebies with you. But first, here are a few strategies:
● Get a separate e-mail address for your birthday goodies.
● Sign up for several offers, then s-t-r-e-t-c-h that celebration by dining and "desserting" out as often as you can during your birthday month.
● Call ahead to make sure your local store/restaurant accepts the offer, some franchisees will opt out of national promotions.
● Bring your ID and a printout of the birthday offer, and be sure to tell the server ahead of time, not after the cheque has arrived.
● When your child gets too old for the kiddie offers, sign up for the grown-up ones.
● If it's "no purchase required", don't feel obligated to buy something. Just say "thank you" and go.
