Sorry, I couldn't find a similar offer in Canada - but the IKEA near me offers their small breakfast for just $1.00 (Scrambled eggs, sausages, and home fries) and the UTZ certified coffee is always free. Plus they offer free baby food in combination with an adult meal - and free refills on all coffee, teas and soft drinks. Which makes it a really cheap family meal!
