Starbucks says: "It’s the Perfect Way to Welcome Summer and It’s our Treat. Thanks for being a Starbucks Card Rewards member. Join us on June 4th or 5th, 2009 use your registered Starbucks Card and we’ll give you a complimentary Tall Iced Coffee or Tall Iced Coffee with Milk."

I work at Starbucks. We have a just say yes policy. You could probably get the free Iced coffee without registered card or printed coupon just ask. I bet You would have a 50% chance of getting it without presenting a card or coupon. Just say I heard it was free iced coffee day today, can I try one. As for one per day as long as you go to different Starbucks you should be all good.
